Shipping policy

Dispatch Times

UK orders placed before 1pm Mon-Fri will be processed, packaged and sent that day.
International orders may take an additional day to be dispatched.

Delivery Times

UK Orders :
Orders are sent on either a 48 or 24 hour tracked delivery service with Royal Mail, 

Royal Mail will send an email and SMS communicating shipment updated and full tracking. A delivery time slot is given the day before, with options to have the parcel left at the local post office or left in a safe place.

 

International Orders :

Orders are sent on  a Tracked Express 4-9 working day delivery service (average delivery time 6 working days). Final delivery performed by USPS, fully tracked.

DO I HAVE TO PAY IMPORT DUTY AND VAT CHARGES?

We ship from a UK warehouse, if duties and taxes are applicable you will have the option to pay these at checkout.
