SUBSCRIPTION DURATION AND CANCELLATION

Terminating your subscription.

There is no long‑term commitment attached to our subscriptions; you can cancel, pause or amend your subscription any time by logging into your account, clicking on ‘account details’, and selecting ‘cancel subscription’, or by emailing info@neighked.com stating your email address and full name.

To avoid being charged for the next order in your subscription, you will need to cancel or pause your subscription at least [one working day] before the date of your next order.

Please note that you will still be charged for any orders which are despatched before we receive your notice of cancellation.
