APPLICATION
FULL SHAMPOO
To a wet horse/dog, apply a small amount of shampoo directly with a sponge. To a dry horse/dog, dilute a few pumps of shampoo into a bucket of warm water. Massage into the coat, mane and tail, and rinse thoroughly.
SPOT CLEAN
With a well-wrung-out sponge, dampen the stain. Clean your sponge and apply a very small amount of shampoo. Use circular motions to lift the stain. Rinse the sponge and wipe off shampoo/dirt.
*Avoid eyes, nostrils and other sensitive areas. Non-edible.
PATCH TEST

Ok, the biggest problem I’ve found with dog shampoos is that you need to use half the bottle just to get a bit of lather going. So, I took the cap off this one and poured a quarter of a bottle on my Billy.
Big mistake. Why? Because this stuff works so well, she practically ended up looking like the Abominable Snow-dog.
I’ve used it since with just a fraction of that amount, and it’s spot on. Her fur was left very soft and seems to have stayed that way for a good couple of weeks now.
I must have used at least ten different products over the years, but in my eyes, this product really is “The leader of the pack.” – Brad

SAY NO TO SILICONES
“BECAUSE SILICONE PARTS WERE MADE FOR TOYS”
Silicones are hydrophobic which means they repel water. When it does this in hair, the very precious moisture content of just 3% is reduced and the protein bonds that make up 97% of hair become less stable and more liable to break.
In a nutshell, those old-school mane, tail and coat sprays that we have all used since pony-camp simply coat your horse in silicones which yes, does make them look shiny, and yes, it does detangle their hair BUT this is short-lived and it’s actually damaging your horse’s mane, tail and coat!!
Dry, fragile and weak hair leads to breakages, rubs, bald patches, and even the loss of manes & tails completely!

Smells divine! I have been tempted to use it on my own hair! My mare thoroughly enjoyed her bath in the sunshine and her coat had an instant gleam! Worked wonders alongside the body oil which I used through her mane and tail afterwards. Her coat went from looking quite dry to super hydrated in a matter of minutes. Highly recommend.

I have a few items from Naked horse which are my "go to"s for horse grooming. I bought the shampoo as I wanted to find a good version for use on the (dirty) grey horse, who has sensitive skin. I wanted to ensure he was clean but it was not overly harsh. Having taken to time to bath the horse and the weekend I am delighted with it and the sheen on his coat. I finished off with their beautiful hot oil cloth and then one of the paparazzi perfect sprays. he is still gleaming 3 days later.
