The NEIGHKED Guide to Washing & Conditioning your Horse's Tail

Did you know you can use washing-up liquid to bathe your horse?

You can also use it to wash your own hair.

But you’re probably not going to.

Because washing-up liquid is designed to strip grease from plates… not care for skin, hair or coats.

When we bathe a horse, we want to get rid of the sweat, grease and everyday grime without forgetting about the condition of the skin and hair underneath.

That’s where our FRESH START DUO comes in.

Step 1: Wash with BE A DIAMOND

Wet the tail thoroughly before working BE A DIAMOND SHAMPOO through it, from the dock to the tail ends.

It cleans effectively without relying on unnecessarily harsh ingredients - because for us, it’s just as much about what’s NOT inside your horse’s shampoo.

Rinse thoroughly once clean.

Step 2: Condition with BEAUTIFY

Once the hair is clean, it’s time to put the condition back into the hair.

Work BEAUTIFY OIL through the tail with your hands, concentrating through the lengths and ends.

BEAUTIFY helps leave the hair soft, manageable and beautifully glossy, while supporting healthier-looking manes and tails with continued use.

And yes… it’s responsible for that unmistakable NEIGHKED Horse Shine. ✨

CLEAN. CONDITION. DONE.

That’s the FRESH START DUO routine.

BE A DIAMOND cleans.

BEAUTIFY conditions.

Together, they give the skin and hair a proper reset when sweat, dust, dirt and daily grime have started to build up.

A good bath shouldn't just leave your horse looking clean, the hair should feel good too.
